Questions and Answers!

       I have had several suggestions/requests for a link that allows the public to contact the police department or an individual police officer with questions regarding police work, the job, how things are done ect.   If you have a question (perhaps you are still in school and are thinking about a career in law enforcement), perhaps you are curious about how Vascar works,  this is your opportunity to communicate with an officer one to one and get an answer to your question.   

    Please avoid questions about criminal charges, citations,   or situations that you are  personally involved with.  The responses you receive will be as accurate as possible but are in no way  intended to be a substitute for legal advice and cannot address the diverse laws, ordinances or policies of different police departments. (Yes, not all police departments operate or do things the same way).  Most  tailor themselves to the needs of the community, priorities, local court rulings, and there are even differences between one magisterial district or county and another.  Questions and responses (with personal info deleted) will be added to a page for all to view unless you request that it be withheld.  That having been said click here and submit your question!
